Scholar Welcome 2024 – SA
Last Thursday night the SA Committee hosted our Scholars Welcome event at the Treasury, generously funded by our cornerstone donor, Sam Harvey.
We were overwhelmed with 45 people in attendance, coming together to welcome our new scholars. It was heartwarming to celebrate with all our continuing scholars alongside five out of the six new scholars.
While we missed having Lily with us in person due to unforeseen circumstances, we made sure she was still part of the festivities by FaceTiming her in for the speeches and presenting her certificate over the phone.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this event possible – from our dedicated SA Committee members who worked tirelessly to organise every detail, to our incredible donors like Sam Harvey whose support enables us to continue empowering our scholars.
To our scholars, both returning and new, your passion for learning and dedication to making a difference inspire us all. We’re honored to support you on your journey and can’t wait to see the incredible impact you’ll make.
