The name IRIS is short for Inclusion, Respecting Identity and Sexuality, and reflects Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer’s commitment to fostering a genuinely inclusive culture and a community of belonging for people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities.

Virgin Australia champions LGBTQIA+ inclusion: normalising visibility, being active allies, standing up against bullying and harrassment, and making sure LGBTQIA+ team members and guests feel safe to express themselves.

The VIBE Scholarship is awarded to young LGBTQIA+ Australians studying in fields related to subsequent employment at Woodside Energy, including commercial, communications, cyber, digital, engineering, finance, HR, legal, new energy and supply chain.
