SET-UP A PICNIC FUNDRAISER
You can fundraise for Picnic For Pinnacle as part of a corporate group, family group, group of friends or as an individual.
By fundraising for The Pinnacle Foundation you will be helping us provide educational scholarships, mentoring and opportunities for young LGBTQIA+ Australians to realise their full potential.
It is easy to set up your fundraising page to support Picnic For Pinnacle with GiveNow or via a Facebook Fundraiser.
4 x easy steps to create your own Facebook Fundraiser
1. GO TO FACEBOOK
Go to https://www.facebook.com/fund/thepinnaclefoundation/.
2. SET YOUR FUNDRAISER GOAL
Set your goal and end date for your fundraiser.
3. TELL YOUR STORY
Facebook Fundraiser auto-populates the 'Why are you raising money?' field and title for your campaign but feel free to change to a more personal message.
4. SELECT IMAGE AND CREATE!
You can upload a custom image (click here to download the Picnic For Pinnacle image), or leave it as default. Once you've reviewed your fundraiser, click 'Create' and your campaign will activate.

5 x easy steps to create your own GiveNow fundraiser
1. GO TO GiveNow
Go to https://www.givenow.com.au/. Scroll down the page until you find the heading 'Start a crowdraiser' the click the button labelled Start your Crowdraiser.
2. SELECT CHARITY
In the 'Create your Crowdraiser' pop-up, enter your email address and the name you want to call your fundraiser. Under 'Causes' type "The Pinnacle Foundation" in the search box. The Pinnacle Foundation will appear and then click to select it and then select 'Next'.
3. SET YOUR GOAL, DEADLINE AND DETAIL
You can now set your goal for your campaign, the deadline and text to encourage your network to donate. Select 'Next' to continue.
4. SELECT IMAGE
In the next pop-up, upload the cover image for your page (click HERE to download the Picnic For Pinnacle image), your profile photo and the URL to a generic Picnic For Pinnacle video ( https://youtu.be/W8ma4B4klLE ).
Click 'Next' to preview your page.
5. REVIEW AND CREATE!
Review your CrowdRaiser page and if you wish to proceed click 'Submit'. You will receive an email requesting activation of your fundraiser. Once you click the link, your campaign will be active for you to share.
