Become a partner

Our values and our partnerships seek to embrace everyone, celebrating what we share and our differences to advance a richer, more diverse and inclusive society. Our approach reinforces workforce and community togetherness first and foremost, while encouraging respect and understanding of difference – and the value this brings.

Reinforce your organisation’s commitment to a culture of respect and inclusion by partnering with The Pinnacle Foundation to award educational scholarships, carefully matched mentors and opportunities to young LGBTQIA+ Australians. Gain access to Pinnacle’s scholar and alumni networks to powerfully share their stories to raise understanding, challenge prejudices and foster behaviour change. Demonstrate to your employees and external stakeholders your commitment to LGBTQIA+ inclusion and enhance your employment brand.
