I’m so grateful to be receiving a Pinnacle Foundation Scholarship in 2024. I originally come from South Australia and am now based in Canberra, studying Law at ANU. I applied for a Pinnacle Foundation scholarship because I come from a background where my identity is not generally accepted or embraced, and I want to change this reality for other queer people of colour, by creating a space for conversation and love in our communities.

I am truly passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of legal outcomes for people from marginalised communities and backgrounds, to create a future where people from all walks of life are celebrated. I’m really looking forward to pursuing these endeavours with the support of The Pinnacle Foundation throughout my university studies.
