Matthew (he/him)

Hi there! I am Matthew, a Bachelor of Paramedicine student at the University of Tasmania Rozelle campus in Sydney. I will be studying my second and third year of content in 2024 and graduating in February 2025. After leaving school in 2019 and initially studying Finance, I have slowly worked my way through the healthcare system here in NSW and discovered a love for out of hospital healthcare. I’m particularly interested in the evolution of the paramedic profession and how research influences best practice in the pre hospital environment. In my spare time I enjoy beekeeping, flying and the beach as well as reading up on interesting medical cases in various journals.
