Alexander (he/him)

Hello, my name is Alex and I look forward to beginning the first year of my Masters of Architecture and Urban Cultural Heritage course at Melbourne University in 2024. Having just completed my undergraduate Bachelor of Design majoring in Architecture and developing an interest in heritage architecture, I am excited about merging these two passions in this dual masters course. For a long time, I have been interested in design and architecture and more recently have learnt the value of conserving places of heritage and significance for future generations.

I took the opportunity to apply for The Pinnacle Foundation scholarship in the hope that the building and construction industry can continue to celebrate people from diverse backgrounds and remain a welcoming and rewarding industry. Following my studies, I hope I can not only design beautiful, experiential spaces, but also play a part in protecting places that reflect the history and values of our communities.
