Alana (she/her)

Hi everyone!! My name is Alana, and I am currently studying a double degree Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Criminology at Monash University’s Clayton campus. I will be going into my second year in 2024 and my course is projected to be finished in2028. I am excited to be joining the Pinnacle family in 2024!

I grew up on a hobby farm in the outer suburbs of Melbourne and it sparked my love of plants and animals. Although I’ve now moved away from that environment, I have an impressive indoor plant collection and a beautiful cavoodle puppy called Arlo. I also enjoy reading and gaming in my free time.

I have many proud moments, studying in an accelerated high school program, winning three football premierships and multiple tennis trophies but the proudest is definitely getting into law school, it’s unmatched. I applied for a Pinnacle Foundation scholarship to be able to excel in my studies and connect with people whilst working towards my aspirations. I am currently exploring the opportunities available in a career in law but I’m excited to navigate the different fields and eventually find one that I love.
