Ross is group inclusion enablement & transformation lead at Woolworths Group. He was previously head of diversity, equity & Inclusion at nbn Co. Prior to joining nbn Co in 2021, Ross was talent & inclusion lead at TAL, Australia’s largest life insurer.

Ross has worked with iconic multinational and Australian organisations including CBA, Vodafone, QBE and Macquarie Group Limited, in addition to spending three years leading LGBTQIA+ consulting for a client group of ASX-200 companies, tertiary institutions, national and state sporting organisations and all levels of the public sector.

In line with Ross’ passion for creating a smoother road for others in the queer community, he served from 2017 to 2022 as a non-executive director and president of Wear it Purple, one of Australia’s most impactful, youth-led LGBTQIA+ non-profits.

Growing up in regional Australia, on Wiradjuri Land (Wagga Wagga), instilled in Ross a passion and commitment to reconciliation, partnering with First Nations people and community to bring about sustainable change, in and out of the workplace.

Ross has experience in generalist HR, organisational development, learning, and diversity, equity and inclusion across all industries and sectors and a passion for developing engaged, high-performing and inclusive organisational cultures that see individuals, teams and organisations grow.

Ross was appointed as a non-executive director of The Pinnacle Foundation in February 2024.
