Andrew is managing director & chief executive officer of The Pinnacle Foundation. He is non-executive chair of executive search and outplacement firm, SHK, and a non-executive director of ALBEI, a not-for-profit organisation committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the boardrooms of Australia.
Andrew was a non-executive director of Victoria’s Midsumma Festival from 2013 until 2016. He joined the board of The Pinnacle Foundation in 2016 and was appointed as the Foundation’s managing director and chief executive officer in 2019.
After completing articles in the early 1990s, Andrew spent his early career in the arts with Melbourne Theatre Company, Victoria State Opera and the Australian Opera (now Opera Australia). He joined human capital firm Morgan & Banks in 1997, rising to lead firm (then known as Hudson) across Australia and New Zealand, before resigning in 2007 to co-found SHK (then Staite Henningsen Klein).
Andrew was recognised as an Outstanding 50 LGBTI+ Leader in 2020 by Deloitte and Google. He is an enthusiastic advocate for education, respect and inclusion. Andrew lives in Victoria with his husband, Mark.
Andrew and Mark are Pinnacle Foundation Cornerstone members and support a named scholarship.
