The Pinnacle Foundation welcomes new Board Members

The Pinnacle Foundation welcomes new Board Members Elizabeth Jameson, Non–Executive Deputy Chair and Audit and Risk Committee Member; James Collins, Non–Executive Director and Fundraising Committee Chair and Cassandra Goldie, Non–Executive Director and Member Investment Committee.

Elizabeth Jameson founded leading Australian governance consultancy Board Matters and its associated governance legal practice Board Matters Legal. Today she is the Executive Chair of Board Matters and is a nationally respected authority on governance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jameson maintains an active portfolio of directorships. She is Deputy President of RACQ, a Director of John Villiers Trust, Deputy Chair, Australian Major Performing Arts Group and Chair Queensland Theatre. Elizabeth is based in Brisbane where she lives with her wife, Abbe.

James Collins is Chief of Staff PwC Australia. Collins holds a degree in Business Management and Communications and previously worked with the Australian Stock Exchange and Merrill Lynch. James was instrumental in setting up PwC Australia’s GLEE network and pioneered the establishment of its LGBTIQ+ Authentic Leaders program. He was named Pride in Diversity’s Executive Leader of the year in 2017 for his work on LGBTIQ+ inclusion in corporate Australia. James lives in Sydney with his husband, Tony.

Cassandra Goldie is CEO Australian Council of Social Service the national peak body for the community sector and an advocate for tackling poverty and inequality. Goldie is also Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of New South Wales, has a PhD from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Law from University College London and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Cassandra is a Member of the Advisory Committee for the Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law, the UNSW Law Advisory Committee, the Australian Climate Roundtable and the Management Committee of the International Council of Social Welfare.
