Victorian Committee Chair
Mark has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, covering retail and commercial banking, payments, financial planning, foreign exchange and risk management.
As Chair of The Pinnacle Foundation’s Victorian Committee, Mark takes a keen interest in supporting the LGBTIQ+ community. Mark was also a founding committee member of [email protected], the National Australia Bank’s network to support the bank’s LGBTIQ+ community.
In 2018 Mark was awarded the 2017 FINSIA (Financial Services Institute of Australasia) Australian Young Finance Professional Award, having also been awarded category winner of the Operations Project and Leadership Young Professional of the Year. As overall winner, Mark was awarded the Hugh DT Williamson scholarship to undertake further professional studies. Mark sits on FINSIA’s Victorian Regional Council.
Mark holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and Commerce and Science degrees from the University of Auckland. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and a Diploma in Project Management. Mark is a Chartered Banker and a member of the Chartered Banker Institute. He is a Senior Associate of FINSIA and is a signatory to the Banking and Finance Oath.
Mark lives in Melbourne with his fiancé, Gavin.
