Jacob Sibbald (he/him)

Queensland Committee Chair

Jacob Sibbald joined The Pinnacle Foundation’s Queensland Committee in May 2023 and became the Queensland Committee chair in August 2024.

Jacob currently works as a program manager within Virgin Australia’s Airline Partnerships team and has a background in management consulting, customer experience strategy and design, and corporate strategy. Throughout his career, Jacob has maintained active involvement in his workplaces’ LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Groups, including holding the chair of Virgin Australia’s Pride network from 2022 to 2024.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne and is privileged to be able to give back through the Queensland Committee to proliferate the Foundation’s delivery of ongoing access, support, and empowerment to inspiring young LGBTQIA+ Queenslanders pursuing tertiary studies.
