Julia (she/her)

I am currently completing a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Law, driven by a strong interest in understanding how psychology intersects with law, morality, and the factors that shape human behaviour. I anticipate completing my degrees within the next few years and aspire to work in a field that combines advocacy, mental health, and community support. It is particularly important to me to work with young people and within Indigenous communities. 

I have been actively involved in leadership and mentoring roles at my residential college, experiences that have shaped my commitment to fostering inclusion and understanding within educational and social environments. I applied for The Pinnacle Foundation scholarship because I deeply value the sense of community and mentorship it offers. Beyond financial assistance, I see this opportunity as a way to connect with scholars and mentors who are driven by purpose, authenticity, and meaningful change. 

Outside of study, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, travelling, and exploring good food. It is through these simple moments that I feel most grounded and myself.
