Jack (he/him)

Hi, I am Jack, a fourth-year law student at the University of Sydney aiming to graduate in 2026. I grew up and live in a small town called Pheasant’s Nest, and the stepping between the worlds of the small town quiet to the big city constantly upturns new experiences and memories for me.  

Since commencing my studies, I have been engaged in the Queer Portfolio of the USYD Law Society, where I have been able to be a part of and uplift a greater network of queer organisations, students and professionals such as ACON, Pride in Law and queer portfolios across universities. I applied for The Pinnacle Foundation to expand this network that I’ve really enjoyed being a part of, and I believe the Foundation is the exactly right space for me to explore my passion for professional and social advocacy.  

In my time, I’ve found that the queer experience is infinitely diverse and The Pinnacle Foundation’s goal to uplift all voices and create a conversation between them is something I’ve always wished to be a part of.
