Bill Chambers has generously bestowed a second named scholarship. Bill was born in Ballarat, where he undertook his education and studies to become an engineer. Most of his working life was spent in Western Australia. In retirement, Bill spends his time between Perth and Sydney. This scholarship is open to all applicants.
