THE PINNACLE FOUNDATION’S PERTH CROWN PRIDE LUNCHEON RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Held in Western Australia on 21 November 2025

Raffle Name

The Pinnacle Foundation’s Perth Crown Pride Luncheon Raffle (Raffle).

Promoter

The Raffle is conducted by The Pinnacle Foundation (ABN 81 127 662 604) of PO Box 990, Potts Point NSW 1335 via its nominee, Andrew Staite, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director (Promoter) in accordance with Permit to Conduct a Standard Lottery LS223772725 issued by the Gaming and Wagering Commission (Western Australia).

The Promoter is a not-for-profit foundation and is a registered charity and Public Benevolent Institution with the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission. The Pinnacle Foundation holds a Charitable Collections Licence (CC23932) pursuant to the Charitable Collections Act 1946 (Western Australia).

Raffle Period

The Raffle starts from 11.00am on Friday 21 November and will end no later than 5.00pm on Friday 21 November 2025.

Entry Restrictions

Raffle entry is open to attendees at the Perth Crown Pride Luncheon, Crown Perth, Crown Ballroom, Great Eastern Highway, Burswood, Western Australia.

Entry Procedure

To enter, entrants must, during the Raffle Period, purchase one or more tickets valued at $50 each from Pinnacle Foundation representatives (aged over 18) in attendance at the Perth Crown Pride Luncheon. Entrants must provide their name, postal or residential address and contact number.

Pinnacle Foundation Raffle ticket sellers must cause, at the time of sale, the surname, postal or residential address and contact number of the Raffle ticket purchaser to be legibly written on the butt of each raffle ticket sold.

Maximum Number of Raffle Tickets

1,250 tickets are available for purchase.

Maximum Number of Entries

There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant, subject to Raffle ticket availability.

Entry Conditions

Directors, management, employees and volunteers of the Promoter of this Raffle and the immediate family members of these people are ineligible to enter.

Entries must be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted in any other form. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, ineligible or illegible entries (including lost, stolen, forged, defaced or damaged proof of entry or things required by the Verification Requirements).

The Promoter may verify in accord with the Verification Requirements the bona fides of an entrant’s eligibility to enter the Raffle. Ineligible entries will be deemed to be invalid.

The Promoter will not accept entries which are incomplete or illegible.

Where an entry is deemed invalid (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion) the Promoter may determine a new winner.

Entry Details and Privacy

By entering, entrants agree and acknowledge that they are 18 years of age or over and will be required to provide certain personal information, including their full name, postal or residential address and contact number.

All entries and the content contained in those entries becomes the property of the Promoter. Once submitted, no changes to or withdrawal of an entry will be permitted. The Promoter will not return entries. No refunds will be issued without the written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission (Western Australia).

Participation

Participation in this Raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Verification Requirements

If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce documentation to establish to the Promoter’s satisfaction the validity of your entries (including proof of identity and age) prior to being awarded a Prize. Prize Winners must provide satisfactory (photo) proof of identity.

Draw Details

The Draw will take place on Friday 21 November 2025 at the Perth Crown Pride Luncheon no later than 5.00pm.

Draw Method

A raffle barrel will be used to publicly draw Prize Winners during the Perth Crown Pride Luncheon.

Prize Draw

First prize will be drawn first, followed by the second prize, followed by the third prize and so forth. Winning tickets will not be returned to the pool of entries after being drawn.

Prizes

First Prize – Two-night stay at Crown Towers Perth in a Premier King Room, with Crystal Club

Access, Valet Parking, & $250 Crown Gift Card. Valued at $2,000.

Valid until 21 November 2026. Valid Sunday to Thursday. Advance booking required and subject to availability. Some blackout periods or limited availability may apply to special event periods and public holidays. Stay is for a maximum of two adults. No further discounts apply. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The prize voucher must be presented on the day of booking. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. A service fee of 1.15% applies to accounts settled by credit card. Not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.

Second Prize – Two tickets Crown Perth Theatre & $250 Crown Gift Card. Valued at $650.

Winners to select preferred performance date, subject to availability and must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited. Theatre tickets are subject to separate terms and conditions as determined by Ticketmaster and Crown Theatre. Crown gift card terms and conditions are at www.crowngifts.com.au. Not redeemable for cash. Not transferable.

Third Prize – L’Oreal Gift Pack including Prada Candy & Ralph Lauren Polo 67. Valued at $470.

Fourth Prize – L’Oreal Gift Pack including Prada Candy & Ralph Lauren Polo 67. Valued at $470.

Fifth Prize – Signed AFLW Fremantle Football Club Pride Round Jumper. Valued at $400 (priceless).

Sixth Prize – Signed AFLW West Coast Eagles Football Club Pride Round Jumper. Valued at $400 (priceless).

Seventh Prize – Blundstone Rainbow Boots Voucher. Valued at $235.

Total Prize Pool

Approximately $4,625.

Prize Restrictions - Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winners will be informed and celebrated at the public barrel draw on Friday 21 November. Winners who are not present at the draw time will be notified by mail or telephone within two business days of being drawn. Prize winners’ names will be published on The Family Hub (News) page of The Pinnacle Foundation website on or before 25 November 2025: https://thepinnaclefoundation.org/stay-informed/pinnacle-family-hub/.

Prize Claim Date

Winners may claim their prize from the Promoter’s representatives in person on Friday 21 November 2025 or afterwards by contacting The Pinnacle Foundation at [email protected] or 0411 111 154.
