THE PINNACLE FOUNDATION’S MELBOURNE CROWN PRIDE LUNCHEON RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Held in Victoria on 20 June 2025
Raffle Name
The Pinnacle Foundation’s Melbourne Crown Pride Luncheon Raffle (Raffle).
Promoter
The Raffle is conducted by The Pinnacle Foundation (ABN 81 127 662 604) of PO Box 990, Potts Point NSW 1335 via its nominee, Andrew Staite, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director (Promoter). The Promoter is a not-for-profit foundation and is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-For-Profits Commission.
Raffle Period
The Raffle starts from noon on Friday 20 June and will end no later than 4.00pm on Friday 20 June.
Entry Restrictions
Raffle entry is open to attendees at the Melbourne Crown Pride Luncheon.
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Raffle Period, purchase one or more tickets (valued at one ticket for $25, three tickets for $50 or seven tickets for $100 from Pinnacle Foundation representatives in attendance at the Melbourne Crown Pride Luncheon. Entrants must provide all details requested.
Maximum Number of Raffle Tickets
800 tickets are available for purchase.
Maximum Number of Entries
There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant, subject to Raffle ticket availability.
Entry Conditions
Directors, management, employees and volunteers of the Promoter of this Raffle and the immediate family members of these people are ineligible to enter.
Entries must be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted in any other form. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, ineligible or illegible entries (including lost, stolen, forged, defaced or damaged proof of entry or things required by the Verification Requirements).
The Promoter may verify in accord with the Verification Requirements the bona fides of an entrant’s eligibility to enter the Raffle. Ineligible entries will be deemed to be invalid.
The Promoter will not accept entries which are incomplete or illegible.
Where an entry is deemed invalid (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion) the Promoter may determine a new winner.
Entry Details and Privacy
By entering, entrants agree and acknowledge that they are 18 years of age or over and will be required to provide certain personal information, including their full name, contact number and email address.
All entries and the content contained in those entries becomes the property of the Promoter. Once submitted, no changes to or withdrawal of an entry will be permitted. The Promoter will not return entries.
Participation
Participation in this Raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce documentation to establish to the Promoter’s satisfaction the validity of your entries (including proof of identity and age) prior to being awarded a Prize. Prize Winners must provide satisfactory (photo) proof of identity.
Draw Details
The Draw will take place on Friday 20 June 2025 at the Crown Pride Luncheon no later than 4.15pm.
Draw Method
A raffle barrel will be used to publicly draw Prize Winners during the Melbourne Crown Pride Luncheon.
Prize Draw
First prize will be drawn first, followed by the second prize, followed by the third prize and so forth. Winning tickets will not be returned to the pool of entries after being drawn.
Prizes
First Prize - One night’s accommodation at Crown Towers Melbourne in a Deluxe King Room with breakfast for two and valet parking for one vehicle.
Subject to standard blackout periods (NYE, Aus Open Final, AFL GF, SRC). Valued at: $1,930.
Second Prize - One night’s accommodation at Crown Towers Melbourne in a Deluxe King Room with breakfast for two and valet parking for one vehicle.
Subject to standard blackout periods (NYE, Aus Open Final, AFL GF, SRC). Valued at: $1,930.
Third Prize - A L’Oreal Groupe gift pack including a Sì Eau de Parfum Intense 100ml holiday 2024 gift set from Armani, an Acqua di Giò 15ml holiday 2024 trio set from Armani, an Hypnôse Mascara set with Génifique Light Pearl & Bi-Facil from Lancôme, an entry lip set from Prada, and a Ralph Club Eau De Parfum 50ml gift set from Ralph Lauren. Valued at $920.
Fourth Prize – A $500 Crown Gift Card, which can be used across all Crown Resort properties on Crown owned hotels, restaurants, and spa. Valued at: $500.
Fifth Prize – A voucher for a pair of Blundstone boots (including rainbow boot options) and free delivery within Australia. Valued at $235.
Total Prize Pool
Approximately $5,515.
Prize Restrictions - Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Winners will be informed and celebrated at the public barrel draw on Friday 20 June. Winners who are not present at the draw time will be notified by telephone or e-mail within two business days of being drawn. Prize winners’ names will be published on The Family Hub (news) page of The Pinnacle Foundation website on or before Wednesday 25 June.
Prize Claim Date
Winners may claim their prize from the Promoter’s representatives in person on Friday 20 June 2025 or afterwards by contacting The Pinnacle Foundation at [email protected] or 0411 111 154.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria.
